Plaintiff appeals the district courts approval of an arbitration panels finding for defendants on plaintiffs state claims. Plaintiff asserts that the district court erred in holding that these claims are covered by an arbitration agreement between the parties. Plaintiff further asserts that, even if the agreement does cover the claims, the district court erred in applying the principles of the Federal Arbitration Act to the case. Finally, plaintiff contends that the district court erred in dismissing on collateral estoppel grounds his claim under 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933. We exercise jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1291 and affirm.
